The 2013 harvest and fermentation is complete. It was a challenging year, but because we started harvest before the rains we have some very pretty wines.
Our Pinot Noir is estate grown so we were able to adjust to the weather and bring in all our fruit. We purchase Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay. Four of our five growers were unable to deliver fruit to our standards
so we will be producing smaller amounts of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and no Chardonnay for 2013.
Our wines are now in barrel aging and the estate grown Pinot Blanc is still fermenting in barrel. Our Pinot Noir is beautifully colored with nice silky tones of black cherry and blueberry.
We have started construction of a 5,000 square foot warehouse on site for all our wine, glass, and dry goods, along with a relaxing break room for our staff.
